(November 26, 2021, Shenzhen, China) -- In the beginning of November, the Chinese team EDG defeated the South Korea team and won the grand champion in 2021 League of Legends World Championship. However, the competition between China, Japan and South Korea in electronic sports is not merely limited in sports. In the field of display hardware related to electronic sports, Chinese panel display enterprises represented by TCL China Star Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (“TCL COST”) have also actively deployed new display technologies such as 8K UHD and OLED, competing with Japanese and Korean rivals in innovation. Chipone, a provider of complete display chip solutions in China, will partner with TCL COST to empower its front ranking in R&D and manufacturing of new electronic sports screens relying on Chipone’s powerful scientific research strength and innovation capacity in R&D of display chips over the past decade.
